The Farm is a bicycle kids outdoor play-park and coffee shop situated close to town on Ou Kaapse Rd, Simola Hill in Knysna. It’s also a unique party venue offering good, clean (well mostly), fun and safe play.

knys-knysna-lifestyle-the-farm-07With school holidays here, it’s always a trick to find things to do with the children. The Farm is a fantastic idea! Besides jungle gyms, swings, slides and playhouses to keep them happy and entertained for ages, it also offers a mini-cycle track, a safe place for them to ride their bikes. The Farm have ten Muna balance bikes for littlies and newbies and charge only R20 for the use of pedal bikes on the track.

The coffee shop offers a select and tasty menu and they have recently opened their pizza oven so there is a great Friday early dinner option too. They serve Bru coffee and have yummy fresh bakes daily; their carrot cake is fast earning a winning reputation.

Their packages also include fun extras, like jumping castles and some bike activities with Jacques Brink of Knysna Cycle Works. They are also taking bookings for year-end functions.

knys-knysna-lifestyle-the-farm-08The Farm is weather-dependent so it is closed on rainy days but if the sun is out head over there for some fresh air, awesome play and a delicious coffee and cake catch up with friends.
